Text of Complaint by Joyjit Ghosal:

I bought a Thomson 32 inch smart tv from flipkart on 07/05/2022 in 9 months EMI along with 2 yrs extended warranty, after few days, the backlight of the TV is fluctuating and after 07th sept, its completely blacked out. I ordered the TV for my neighbor Sraboni Ghosal and they are not comfortable enough to deal with this issue due to some language problem, thus they requested me to deal with it.

I communicated several times with Jeeves Customer Care, but they are delayed their service. 2 Service engineer came and reported to replace the tv, but Jeeves closed the call without providing any solution. the complaint ticket number was-6735010.

Then I reached to Flipkart and they are again taking more time (from 9th Oct to present) to provide solution, after all the Ifs and Buts, they are agreed to pay the refund amount from the seller but only the net one, As I have paid Much more (interest for EMI+ one time Processing Fee+Extended warranty amount for 2 yrs), I denied to take it and ask for the full amount or a replacement.
Then they closed the issue without any intimation, and after requesting to open it, I got it reopened again.

So, Suggesting help to get this issue resolve and claiming triple amount from Flipkart/Jeeves for harassing us for last 2 months.
