I’ve booked flight ticket under the name of Ashima Tiwary from Patna to Pune(PNR- HREC5Z) on 22nd oct’23, however, cancelled it due to change on my plans. I’ve not received my refund and assistance since last 5 days after putting multiple mails and messages on help and support chat box.
