I have been using Flipkart for more than 10 years.
I had a Flipkart pay later account which has a limit of 70 thousand.
Due to some issue I have closed the as per the guidance from Flipkart process and paid the amount.
However, in my CIBIL it shows as there is outstanding amount amount and not paid for more than 140days.
I have contacted Flipkart on the issue many time but no proper response.
This is affecting my CIBIL very bad and I’m unable to process any loans for my higher studies, this is very frustrating, I’m mentally disturbed because of this issue this will affect my future.
The major issue is Flipkart failed to update their partner Bank on the status which is IDFC.
Hope I will get a solution for this issue as because of this I’m mentally disturbed and not in a proper stage to lead a normal life
