My wife & her Sister ordered Six Saree for this site and made a online payment of Rs,2994/- through the Net Banking on Dtd. 04 Sep,2020. after that received a message form the that” Thanks for your purchase of Rs.2994/- form indian Ethnic,We’ll notify you when it ships. View order (#812597). Still after that not received any message. after that will wait for two-three days and tried to contact them but have not received any contact number on the site also send the mail on “indianethniconline@gmail.com” but not received nay revert form them. tried to find out the ordered cancelled option but that option also not on company site. also tried to find out address through the google Map but same not found.
Please look in to the matter This is complaint against the indianethniconline.com a online shopping site.
