I want to file a complaint against JVVNL. I had made a connection with JVVNL under the Bund Bund scheme, for which I also submitted demand notices, Whose job and estimate had also been prepared and had gone to the contractor but till now the contractor has only erected the pillars. Which is not working even after repeated requests
