IT IS A COMPLAINT AGAINST “OLA” for their utterly callous service
The case is as under:
My Complaint vide TMT no 306036670,
Your Ticket No 4033747 dated 8-2-22, updated to 4071340 on 19-2 by one Ms Keerthi from Ola support
Details:
Rental Ride booked by me for 3 hours on 7-2-22 at 2.17 pm from Mantri Tranquil, Gubbalala, Bangalore
The driver misbehaved and compelled us to get down in 2 minutes
We complained but Ola deducted the full 3 hours rent of Rs 663/-
We booked another Ola for 3 hours rental after that at 2.38 pm, we availed services and paid for it
We complained to Ola Support and in the last 2 months since complained we have been only receiving emails from Ola support that our complaint has been received and is being attended to.
Pertinent to mention that there is some payment due to Ola from me, which I shall certainly pay but not before my complaint is duly addressed and my Ola money so deducted is refunded. I also expect disciplinary action against the said driver for his behaviour with an elderly couple ( I am 70 years of age)
I have a number of emails from the Support Team that it is being resolved in 2 days, but more than 6 days are over, no resolution to my Complaint. I have a record of the exchange of more than 10 emails from either side signed by at least 5 executives from the OLA Side
Is this how Ola supports the customers!!!!!
I have been waiting in vain for any kind of support from OLA to resolve my case. There is no response to my calls . I have made numerous complaints via mail and have received confirmations that it will be resolved in 2 days but it is going to be 4 months
There is no way to talk to their executives except for the Collection Team who do not even try to get some support. The Customer Care is not possible to connect!!!
It is a highly unethical company
