Dear All,
This Flipkart exchange is a big scam. During the pickup of old phone filpkart delivery guy gives have their own condition which I doubt even the brand new unboxed phone satisifies. please stop publishing exchange or have your delivery guys educated what exactly is acceptable and what is not.
I have Order Samsung Galaxy On6 (Blue, 64 GB) order ID OD113786764999380000 which you’ve purchased under an exchange offer and when they came for pick up and deliver Ekart delivery boy came and check and canceled the order, when he is checking the phone his attitude like a not taking a phone and trying to found issue and cancel the delivery OR getting full price of this product, This is wronged Business Practices.
I have complained and customer care want the photo of my existing Phone, I have shared and I am getting reply from customer care “You’ll be happy to know that the Wishmaster from Ekart Logistics will deliver the {Samsung Galaxy On6 (Blue, 64 GB)} within 4 business days and will complete the pickup of the exchange item at the same time” now I am getting reply seller won’t be able to fulfill your request to exchange the product as it does not meet the exchange guidelines.
I am attaching email their acceptance and my old Phone images.
Request you to please resolve the issue or stop this Scam for exchange offer. This is unnecessary Harassment to customer.
