This complaint regards to unavailability / poor internet speed / facility, cite buffering.
I have two Reliance Jio connection , one is jio wifi router and another is mobile sim, i am using both sim with same purpose as internet facility but reliance jio failed to provide better internet facility at my home location undera, vadodara, 391330 ( Gujarat) jio internet facility available on main road and main public areas only but lots of issue of internet facility/speed at home/ village/ interior location ( insight flat/ building), I already register complaint regarding network related issue but jio has been failed to resolve the issue, and promising for working progress from 2 months, as per discussion with jio customer services, jio network/ internet facility is very poor at village location/ out side city location and jio not interested in provide services to village location ,i dint understand why better services not available, its grand request to jio for provide better network into the village area also, business also available on village location as well as out side the city area, moreover my location is near to , infect inside the city but till i am facing the problems and paying for poor services, Please do needful to resolve the issue as soon s possible.
