Due to the cycloan amphan at 20th May we lost our airtel prepaid connection on 27th May we got the connection first 2G then 3G after that 4G but its just incorrect but it’s just taking to long for just for surfing.
My son is having online classes he cant attend it.
We are a customer of airtel prepaid connection for about many years it gave us good service. But now I don’t think it’s the best connection.
Please see this matter for we need a smooth connection
