Sir With Due Respect I Want To Say That I was Checking my Offers on *121# but I wasn’t satisfied by any so I clicked 44 for back . Then I Reached The Home screen Where it is clearly displayed that What You Want Your Service Provider to provide like Checking Balance,Starting Stopping A Service , Checking For New Offers etc. Sir I clicked the Option 3 which was Displayed To check One’s New Offers. Sir That Options Is Not Related to Any Kind Of Activating a Pack. The Moment I clicked 3 it Displayed that Some Kind Of Pack Has Been Activated and it has charged you Rs.42 . The next Moment I called the Call care centre and they ain’t responding well. Sir I Want You To Look Into This Matter Please.
