I had registered for HSRP on 13 oct-23 my registration was not successful but amount was debited from my account. I spoke to their customer executive & was promised that money will be refunded in my account in 7 to 8 working days. Its 27 oct-23 but still there is no trace of my money neither there are replies to my mails now. Customer care executives are disconnecting my call after I tell them my issue with responding to my issue they are disconnecting my call. it has become a harassment now. I am trying to connect them since an week now.. I Am fetching 2 to 3 hrs daily of my personal time for this issue. So kindly file my complaint .
