Dear team,
I am writing this mail to complaint against Meesho-Online Shopping Application. We have purchased a product from meesho and mode of payment was cash on delivery. But I have received tottaly diffrent product and at the same time so I have raised a refund-return request in the application. I am trying to get my refund from last seven days but till now I did not get proper solution. They are diverting me from one to another call and everytime i am getting diffrent excuses from messho customer care department.
Requesting you to please look into this and do the needfull.

I am cancel the product we are delivery product then i am buying the product ther are dust material that y l am return the product .I am in cancelling the product delivery before after I am buying the product the meesho app they are not found return option why I am return the produt
