Today they delivered old dirty dupatta of rs 900 to me

Same happened to me as well showing that beautiful stitched suits online and delivered such pathetic unstitched suit. How to deal with these kind of people who did this degrade things.
They delivered wrong suit which was a cheap dusting cloth fabric with oil stains
They don’t respond to emails
