Text of Complaint by Ravindra Mahale:

I have to raise a complaint against Flipkart online and Ekart Logistics.

Ekart – Flipkart service is very third class
Very third class service provider in category, ordered a mobile phone, shows delivery within 2 days, but after 4 days product not received. Not even single call received by them. Every morning just a single msg out for delivery and evening there is msg of undelivered.

No proper answer by customer care too.

Very unprofessional service provider.

They are using customer money and consume their time. Give them very third class service and heartache too.

I lose my 2 days of working, lose my money, salary of 2 days and lots of.

Kindly take some action.

This is happening with other people also and continues
