 I was a vodafone costumer i port my sim card to airtel, but when is my first recharge has came i was recharged with 35Rs for my first recharge but i was not then some time i done the second time again recharge with 35Rs that amount was debited on my bank account 70Rs has been detected,with airtel app then i was try to connect a airtel costumer care service but is very very very very painful to connect it, literally was 3 hrs to connect it then they you have to do  the first recharge with 249Rs is the so horrible experience with just 2 day of airtel, it was very disappointed please sir you should try to atlist attending the costumer calls they are serving good service,that’s why everyone leave the airtel service.
