Being a pure vegetarian family where bringing non-veg into the home is considered a transgression, THEY SENT ME NON-VEG MANCHOW SOUP INSTEAD OF VEG! After lodging a complaint with customer care, they refunded the purchase amount, but that doesn’t even equate to the gravity of serving non-veg to a vegetarian! My family doesn’t permit non-veg at home, and this is a sin, tampering with a person’s beliefs and emotions! Who will be held responsible for this – the hotel, the cook, or ZOMATO?

My family now never lets me order something online; once the trust is broken, it’s really hard to regain. People have their own beliefs and rituals. My mom made me clean the entire house just because I bought NON VEG IN THE HOUSE and I had to take a bath at night just because of your irresponsibility! It’s very disheartening to play with people’s preferences! In short, DHARAM BHRAST HOGYA!
