I have ordered one laptop on amazon and the amazon delivered a different laptop, so I have returned it and they pick it up on Aug 30 2022 itself.
The item reached back on sep3rd itself.
But still the status of the tracking is not updated and I have not received my refund.
If I contact amazon customer care they say within two days you will receive, they keep on saying this for one week but nothing in progress.
When I bought this item it was clearly mentioned “Your refund will be issued within 3-5 business days from when we receive your return.” But even though the refund not initiated if I contact customer care again am getting same info wait for 2 days this what am getting.
When I contact on Sep 6th, they said on Sep 7 my refund will be initiated if not then we can initiate by manually on Sep8, so when connecting after Sep9, she saying no we cant do it by manually you have to wait for few days, I asked what is mean by few days she said up to we refund you have to wait and I want to disconnect the call, so disconnecting. This is what she did, so what I need to do here?
