I ordered two items from clovia for 1st time and for 1st one i had fitting issue and 2nd one they did not send pajama along with the set so i returned both the items and items picked up but its been 1 month they r not refunding my money I have been calling them from 20 days they only saying ur concern highlighted again and again send saying me to wait for 24 hr 48 hr 72 hr etc from 20 days but till now not received after every single day of calls from 20 days they transferred my the call to the senior before 10 days but she gave me false transaction id by saying ur refund issed but still not received my refund … both or order id’s are 1st one 15483420 price 2599
2nd one 15583192 price 3299 … I have received msg regarding successful pickup nd app status showing product has been returned to them nd have my transaction prof from pickup day to today
