I have booked three rooms with agoda and i payed through credit card but when i go hitel taj inn in jaipur the hotel owner denied to check in hotel he said our hotel is full and there have a covid patient but he is not given booking after 1 to 2 hrs i said to please cancel my booking he said its ur side to booking cancel when i am trying to cancel online agoda and trying to contact in oyo but they denied to cancel booking please help us for refund my amount against my online agoda booking id no is 629635669 and oyo booking id is RI9O0560
