Sir iam from kashmir india my name is nizam ud din butt
Sir due to financial problems at home i joined zojila tunnel project in 7th of my 2022 as laboratory helper . in fillup my forms 2 months befor in that post the laboratory office r’s said me that whenever if there is any vacancy for that post we will call u . in 6th may thay call me and said. That come in the office we need lab helper . i go in the office and there was HR of the project “patnayik sir ” he signed on my forms and tell me for some medical checkup after seeing my medical report the HR saying me that go on duty in lab . i joined duty from that day “7th may” and i continously go to duty till 23rd may today mornning when i go to duty the laboratory engineers said me that stiil you are not joined in the company the project manager “Harpal sir” did’t signed in your forms. Still there is no vacancy for you in the company
They did’t allow me to enter in laboratory
Sir if there is no vacancies in company thay told to tell me in first day
How can they do that after 17 days
Please sir i want justice
