Namaste,
I had applied for porting from Airtel to Jio. Jio is giving me better offers. So the executive asked me to convert my number to prepaid and remain in Airtel. I agreed. I have even paid more than my due bill. My number is not working now since more than 24 hours.
How can a company do this in the world of mobile phone. I lost a 12 lakh offer because my number is not working. Please help.
