I’ve placed return request for my 2 products under the return policy and return period. But it’s been almost 20 days and no-one tried to contact or pick the product. Everytime the pickup got automatically cancelled. When I place return request again they accept it and cancel again in few days. The customer care do not give satisfactory reaction. Price of one product is 2100 INR and the second product 460 rupees.
I want my full refund and strong action against these fraud sellers and econmmerce platforms.
