Text of Complaint by Babli Devi:

In May 2020 I downloaded the app called dhani. Used the amount and started paying it. Due to some family issues I was not able to pay that EMIs. After a time one agent got in touch with me he came to my home and asked for the 1400 remaining payment of EMIs I did that on a immediate basis. Next day he again called me and asked 1800. He said that you have a subscription on of Rs 239/month approx which you have not paid from 6 to 7 month. I said I don’t know how it got enabled. I have not used your service of subscription please disable it. He said it will got disabled and I will disabled it only after the payment. After a discussion I paid the amount. And that guy just gone in nowhere. And the subscription is still now showing in my profile. Please help me to file a complain against these fraudsters.
