I have ordered 2 dress for women in same size (oreder no: 773880412457). One of dress has fitting issues which can’t fix by myself. So i requested for exchange on 13th August 23. They scheduled the picking date by 17th August 23. Till this day they didn’t picked the product and today they said your exchange request has cancelled. If they informed a day before i can return the product and can refund it. They waited for exceeding the 7th day. So i can’t return the product and refund. Like this there is an another order with order number 945532536255 and its a shoes that had size issues. Thats why requested for exchange. But this two products exchange have same issue and one this is cancelled by themselves and also i can’t return and refund it. They wasted my time too. I am contacting them for many time after the cancellation of exchange regarding the possibilities of return and refund. But there is no proper response from their part. If they cant pickup it, they should refund my money. There is no use with these wrong products. And i doesn’t have a lot to spend. If they refund the money i can buy another one. Please consider my request as soon as possible.
