I recharged Jio prepaid number 8114437969 for Rs.399 but Paytm has deducted Rs. 2,098 from my account. The order reference is BR00029Q4F8P. The recharge message received from Jio is attached. It clearly mentions the order reference BR00029Q4F8P and recharge amount Rs. 399. But Paytm has charged Rs. 2098 against this order. I filed two complaints against this with customer care but they refuse to understand the issue and giving generalised reply. Kindly look into the matter and return the excess amount charged.
