I order a one plus bullets wireless z2 neckband form Flipkart on 11-05-22 but when I get the parcel then i seen that the product was missing from the package so i complain the Flipkart faculty to refund my money back but the doesn’t resolve my issue they only give me a date that the on executive will call me and try resolve my issue but the doesn’t call me and try will cancel my request i complain Flipkart faculty more than 5-6 times but they doesn’t provide my resolution and they will not refund my money back . I called Flipkart faculty regarding my issue more the 20-30 times but they will not resolving my issue and ther will also blocked my account from one month .
Flipkart faculty will check my patience level and they will mentally harassed me from a month so i am not focus on my study and my exam will also be near .
I am neet aspirants and my exam will be on 17 of July but i am not focused on my paper becouse Flipkart faculty will mentally harassed me from a month so i want the product money of 1899 and for harassment i will demand the compansation money of 1 lakh rupees
