Hi sir, my name Dipti Rekha satapathy having jio no 9082983589 was trying to convert my postpaid no to prepaid .but every time i am going to convert it they are giving any reason to avoid.i have trying since last two months near jio care at mira road station ,shanti shopping market .They are saying They donot have form (post paid to prepaid ).come next week .every time they are saying this.
Plz help me .thanks
