Text of Complaint by Sushant Sontakke:

On 6th aug I had ordered One plus Nord 2 mobile from amazon app and the order was supposed to deliver on same day. But, delivering agent making fool and saying I came at wrong location, even I told him that tell me your address I will pick my order from there. That time he agreed but when went to his location & dialed his no but was not picking up call. Now they are lying that customer not picking call. I told to customer executive regarding this & delay in delivery but they are also not resolving my problem. Today date is 9th aug, I am still waiting for my order. I am prime customer that means order should be deliver to customer within 1 day.
