I was a Prime Customer in Amazon last 4 years; this is my id: shalusachin63@gmail.com.
There was a two-order 13th Nov 2021, and it was delivered on Nov 18th 2021. At the same day Product quality not good, the product too small compared to image, so i have been select return request, after a week over, no one came for a pickup, then i have start a call to customer care, said from customer care there was some system unable to make pickup this item, now they will schedule a return pick up again. next two days, but no one came for the pickup, 2nd time have been called again to them, no one came for pickup, 3rd time called and complaint they send one person he came and said not able to pick up due to he came from bike, but this item was can be carry from bike also, but he refused to pick the items, this was a simply lying in my house, later 3th time called to them, again the same story with in 48 hours your item will be schedule pick up, but no one approach for this, 4 th time and 5th time same scenario happen, after someday 6th time called he didn’t realize my pain, because whenever they are schedule a pickup i have cancel my plans everything, it will lost almost 25 thousand, because my personal commitment i have canceled multiple time for this false commitment from Amazon customer care.
It is stressful for me, paid for prime amount, even though it is not helpless,
More than a month this item was lying in my home, and my money holding from amazon, they are cheating, 9th call they told 1st 5 attempt it is not successful then they will cancel and refund my money, but they are not ready to do, because they want customer money, they won’t deliver single items without money, but my money holding more than a month,
I want my money with interest and take necessary action against Amazon.
