As I had ordered a mattress from “Flo Mattress” last month but due to measurement issue it doesn’t fit to my bed so I submitted request for exchange . But form 1 month they send SMS that your product will be picked up today but in evening I get another SMS that your pickup had been cancelled by the delivery man . I have contacted customer care minimum 20 times they always say same thing that within 24 -48 hrs it will be resolved .
