Text of Complaint by Huda Rashid Mulla:

13 September I bought new laptop ( 70,000/- ideapad5) from Digi 1 store at Panvel. After in one week my laptop started creating Auto keyword issues and then my keyboard stop running. So I called my store and they said to talk to lenevo technical team . I tried to call them but many times call was not recheable and then I tried different numbers so some calls they received but some was not recheable busy at the moment. And on 28th September lenevo registered my case, they are not ready to give me replacement, they are telling me my laptop is out of criteria to give replacement. My laptop is in warranty period, in just under one month it started creating issues and they are not ready to give replacement. Once in a call they said we will repair your laptop and then we will provide you replacement letter but after one more week technical engineer came to my home and told us that ” I just came to repair laptop and I don’t know about replacement ” so we talked to lenevo premium team again they said send mail to customer care, we mailed them two times but after one week again they are telling my laptop is out of criteria to give replacement. One and half month is over now in this but they are not responding on time and they are not giving me replacement also. My issue is still pending. Please help me.
