I have sent below mail many times to their email id at underwearking23@gmail.com
Hi,
I received my order today after paying Rs.999/- for combo pack of underwear.
While ordering it was shown 5pcs pack but I received a pack of 3.
The material is completely different than assured, very poor and low quality.
This is just a looting of money from customers.
How can anyone provide such a low quality product?
Very dishonest supplier, at least one should maintain either quantity or the committed supply.
I need immediate refund and return of the product.
Attached the images and video of the items I have received today.
This is absolutely unacceptable.
