At first They contacted me to try out their services and kept calling me for at least 10 days untill I subscribed for one month and paid 499rs for one month subscription. They were on call with me and instructing me how to activate subscription. They told me there were no interest rate in using their service so it looked a great deal to me, So I subscribed. They were just introducing me to next steps for activating my subscription and didn’t tell me everything “CLEARLY” how I will use their credit and pay my dues. The app showed that I have 25000rs monthly credit limit. Then they asked me to pay for the physical card if i want to. I paid 50 rs probably and it said you’ll receive your card within 4 to 5 days. I waited there was no updates about card. I called them and they asked me to wait. I paid again and waited and it’s been 3 months now I haven’t received the card yet. My credit limit was active for 1 month so when it was about to expire I thought about using my credit limit. I had a bill of around 2900rs so i tried paying it. But it said you could pay 2500 rs only as your daily credit limit is only 2500rs. I really hated this thing and frustrated from this , i uninstalled the app. After 2 months i receive a call from them and the agent says “sir, your subscription fee is due please pay it or you cibil score will suffer severely” i said I paid for one month subscription then how could you extend my subscription for my whole life and ask me to pay for it. Even if you’re doing this at least you should’ve had reminded me of this. But no, I was trapped now and he said you can cancel your subscription after clearing your dues by paying 1178rs. I need to money to save my cibil for what? Just for not using their service? Fraud, cheaters ,scammers. This is a scam. I will writer this review wherever I can. If you’re watching this help yourself and your acquaintance. And yeah do file a case against this fraud company.
