Company named thestar-tech offered me resume filling job and should have 90% accuracy. They took my Aadhar card details for registration. Then they told me to upload my signature photo and my photo on stamp paper.
After signing and uploading and completing the process i got the option as download agreement. (on that many things are written which they didn’t tell me earlier, before signing).
On message it was written it’s a part time job. And girl who called me told me i can work 2 hrs per day. (which is not possible, this work can take upto 13 to 14 hrs to complete just 100 resumes per day)
On the agreement there is no company authority signature(they are saying since it is freelancing company there is no sign) (when i asked them company license.. They said company is not registered and they don’t have license number).
Same day of joining, when i told them that i want to quit the job, they said i will have to pay 7800 rs as penalty). Else legal action will be taken and I will have to talk with their company lawyer.
Thestar tech is a fraud company. Fool people. They harass people mentally and take money from them.
