The internet service was disrupted on the 29th of April. Since that day, I have been raising service requests. The first time, the service request person closed the request with a fake report that the service had been done. But he didn’t contact or come to the place. From the second time until now, the service has been rescheduled continuously without any information from JIO’s side. I have logged a complaint in nodal office mail IDs, contacted Jio customer services multiple times, and asked on Jiocare’s Twitter handle. Everywhere they raise a service request and the request is closed falsely as the service is done. And there is no sign of an extension of my recharge plan because of this service delay.
