My vodafone number 9962413164 there is a network issues from Wednesday 15/07/2020 I am calling vodafone customer care from Thursday 16/07/2020 I have called them many time and all tried all the things they have told me to do but still facing the issues not only in my number for my mother and brother all are using vodafone network only all are facing this issue but there is no response from them I have again called vodafone customer care and asked for mnp procedure on Friday 17/07/2020 from that time I cannot able to call the customer care number from my number call is not connecting to customer care and again I have called from my mother number 9884303195 on Friday 17/07/2020 and asked for mnp procedure that said they have taken the complaint and get back to us. But still I did I not get any revert from them now from yesterday the customer care call is not connecting from my mother number also. Is this the way to service the customer this is a lockdown situation we are depending on this network only for work from home this is really not good if they are not able to solve my issues atleast I am asking them to guide me on the mnp procedure but that itself they are not supporting. Kindly take this complaint and solve my issue at the earliest.
