My english not strong for that I apologize. I try to explain my problem.
I want flipkart Rs. 2500 coupen/gift card, for this Last more than 4 month I collect supercoin by watch flipkart videoes for this my huge amount internet data and time loss. Now today 19 november 2021 I reach to 2500 supercoin then I go to the section where Redeem the gift card but there so” THIS REWARD IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR YOU” .Then I called coustomer care where one female flipkart agent told me that this offer is applicable when 1000 supercoin earn by shopping and 1500 earn watch videos then this gift card applicable but me have 95% supercoin by watch videos.she told this is flipkart term and condition. Then I told that this term and condition not mention on flipkart Rs 2500 gift card .Then she told It available on term and conditions . But there not any term that the lady tell. At the last of conversation she cut my call. Then I again call but now she hold my call and after some minute again cut my call. She unable to see me that term and condition .

Now I request you please see this Matter. I thought this is a scam or not?
