Hello
I am special old customer with vodafone, i have big problem vodafone take from my balance without valid reason up till now they took around 150 Egyptian pounds that is considered to be theft because i get back to vodafone Egyptian customer service they did not help and i need my money back.
Their explanation that there are links taking balance i don’t know what is that links and i am not participating in any links and even if it is not my fault that a big firm do not dominate on these types of companies, i am supposed that i am paying for internet why do they take money from balance.
So please i need help because here i Egypt they are not helping and saying that they can get 10 pounds back.
IS THAT IS FAIR from A BIG FIRM LIKE VODAFONE
