I,Sushil Sudhakar, have ordered a sony speaker of Rs. 1799/- through thebigmall.co.in website under COD. The payment done by debit card swipe upon delivery of this item.
The problem is that when the delivered package is opened it was found wrong extremely bad item and even wrong company named iNext speaker. I tried to return this but i am unable to do this as the website seems to be fraud with no any such option present.
Please help me and process the refund of RS 1799/- at the earliest. I have upload the items alongwith payment receipt for your reference.
