Text of Complaint by Shailja Singh:

I ordered a pink crop top from KHURSHID GARMENTS Women’s; however, instead of the pink one, which arrived in the wrong product department, I received a black crop top on April 5, 2023. I took urgent action regarding this. I wanted to return that item, but when an XpressBees executive came to collect it, he said, “The product and the images don’t match, so I will not take the product. Like seriously, that’s why I’m returning it.” He then canceled my return process because it was not matched, so I sought assistance from the help center. On my first call, which was rude, the representative said, “I won’t help; this product can’t be returned,” but on my second call, which I made after briefly phoning them, he accepted the return and started the return procedure, but the xpressbees person never showed up to pick up the package. I then called them again, but they are saying that their return limit is completed now we cannot do any things ….what they have done meesho – return xpressbess – cancel this process is done 3 times afterward saying we can’t do anything. What will the customer do?
