I made a gift card purchase from Paytm on 13/07/2019 for Kalyan Jewellers, but to my shock when I visited Kalyan Jewellers they told me that the coupon was already used by some Megha Arora at their Jalandhar outlet on 12/07/2019 i.e.even before I purchased the gift voucher. This was totally embarrassing for me that even after choosing some jewellery for my wife I have to come back empty handed because of Paytm. I really felt embarrassed and even after requesting them to look at the matter since long there is no correct outcome coming from there side.I want them to compensate for the same and for the embarrassment I had to face because of their fault.
