The Booking was confirmed by payment of INR 20000 on 7 March 2024 by 6:10 pm and by 6:12 pm (2 mins later) I requested you to hold and cancel the itinerary and I was answered “Sure sir” despite that the booking was escalated and confirmed. If per head 10000 is supposed to be collected for the booking, (5 pax) INR 50000, then why was the booking escalated and confirmed with just INR 20000 amount, on what basis?
As per all the conversation it seems a literal dead end for any customer to use/get back their funds of they pay The Travelius. Despite so many flaws in their own and extremely strict rules by them it is practically impossible for anyone to claim their credit note.
1) The same people need to travel mandatorily, no other person can travel on that credit note
2) Need to take only the Dubai package (despite stating it’s valid for “International trip” from same supplier)
3) I requested & asked to provide packages at least in the middle east but it was never accepted
4) Packages cost provided was almost double of what was quoted last year 51K for 7 days with 6 activities vs 63K for 4 days and 2 activities
5) Stringent to use credit note before due date
6) Despite requesting to cut the penalty and provide refund they are asking 20000 more from me as penalty of cancellation.
7) Must take Packages only, no flight/visa/few day stays/activities alone
8)Packages are not customisable and no proper info. about available packages.
9) The website isn’t updated since 5 years accepted by them still blinding the customers with old package rates and creating confusion.
10) Despite promoting domestic package reels on Instagram they mention stating that you don’t do domestic packages
With so many negative reviews on the internet about “The Travelius” on the internet & “Trip Advisor” website with “SCAM” tags, demanding extra money post booking and doing changes in last moment & making trip uncomfortable, it’s very understandable that their willingness of customers not using their credit note is evident for their profitability but that doesn’t mean such stringent and unethical rules are applied with no proper website maintenance/available packages details/awareness & clarity on rules to customers about credit note/promoting domestic yet denying stating you don’t do domestic packages that they are promoting over Instagram
Their comments section blocks any negative commenters making it most fishy. Might be a genuine company but definitely with no customer satisfaction.
