I have made a prepaid recharge of 49rs to my airtel no.9880985062
After it confirmation message was also sent to me saying that Erecharge of rs 49rs has done and 38.52 as talktime and 100mb of data has been added to account.
But after a day when i tried to make a call it started to say that your account balance is zero and please recharge,then i was surprised and checked account balance it was really zero.
But i didn’t understood where my account balance has gone.
Please solve this problem and give me that money worth of 49rs.
