Three time having the issue. Approx some time they take the money or food is not delivered and then used to have conversation then they apologise .
Today I ordered my cake I paid the same time when we receive the order there is no such iteams what we ordered then they refund the money for appology I asked about else order the same or refund my money on my paytm though which I paid to you .
Now they force us to use the app for use my refund ?
