Text of Complaint by ISABELA POPESCU:

I have bought a dress from zenmasstt.com and it is horrible..
The seller is refusing to refund the money. They offered me a 30% refund, after that 50%, as they do not have a warehouse in Europe.
It is not a normal situation. They are selling their products on european market, so they have to apply european legislation. I should receive 100% refund.
