I bought a dress after seeing an ad on FB. In the offer it was specified that free returns are offered within 7 days. What I received is not at all like what appeared on the website, so I decided to return it. But the seller refuses the return, informing me that he offers me an extra one for another 12 euros, then that I can only return 30%, later 50%. The company is an obvious fraud. Attach a photo of the product presented on the website, the product received, our email conversation.
