I have been facing the problem of the rider not being to able to deliver my order. Yesterday i placed my order and the rider was so rude. On my face he said he is not coming to my location and said that he will deliver it in the next morning. Upon complaining to customer care , they just initiated a refund against me and they gave me assurance that it wont happen again. But i have faced the same problem more than thrice infact. Such a shame on zomato for hiring such unprofessional workers and riders. Even after giving the assurance for more than thrice yet i am facing the same problem. I will make sure to make your app uninstalled from each and everyone of my friends phone.
