I purchased a watch and paid Rs 13700/- for same. The watch was very big and therefore returned on next day. Next day around 11.30-12 the courier guy came and picked up the parcel from my address. He didn’t submitted the same to the centre and now amazon saying that we have not received the watch so we can not refund. But the courier guy had all the details and asked my name and told that he is there for return pickup. Now if he was not authorised guy that how do he know that there was return pickup from here.
And now amazon says we are not responsible for same.
