The company Resume search reached out to me on 31st December 2020 saying they will pay 18000 for 600 resume and if not completed 5500 will be charged i did my work but on 5 th Jan 2020 Nd 6th Jan 2020 the website started to crash i complained about the same but no action was taken. On 7th I received a mail which said warning and a invoice was attached for the payment of 5500 rs. The same the the legal person ( Advocate Rathore) messaged me regarding the payment. Today I received another message regarding the legal notice I did my work I did not get paid.
There is no law saying that if the employee fail to work he will be liable for the payment the condition put in this type of agreement tends to be a fraud.
