This is for all those who are being harassed for money and are being told that legal court action will be taken against them. I started working with this company around 10 days ago and unlike other companies, they did not ask for any security deposit at the beginning so I thought that they were genuine, after I completed the procedure, the girl told me to click next 9 times and then sign and submit, this is where my suspicion first raised, I told her I was outside and would do it in some time, and I took that time and went through the terms and conditions thoroughly, which stated that I have to do 600 resumes in 7 days. I asked her how long will it take for one resume and she said 2-3 minutes, so I would need to work 8 hours a day to complete 100 resumes in a day which at first I thought was okay and I would be able to do it. But after my first day, I realized that it was humanly not possible to complete 100 resumes in a day because it took almost 3-5 min to fill one resume and then cross-check, I talked to customer care to clarify doubts but they had 80+ spam reports, this is where my suspicion grew. The girl with whom I was in contact herself had 77 spam reports on her number. Then I finally understood that no matter what you do, you simply cannot do 600 resumes in 7 days and if somehow you do complete it. They will eventually tell your accuracy is not above 90% so it’s a trap that forces you to pay them either way. After I realized this, I blocked her number, changed my details on their website, and blocked their email id as well. After my due date was complete I got the same message that everyone got saying that I should pay the dues at the earliest of they will take legal action on me.
RECENT EDIT- Yesterday I got a call from a number belonging to a lawyer, lets call that person advocate XYZ, this was his name on truecaller and the moment I saw advocate I understood but look at the irony, he himself had 30 spam reports, why would an advocate have his number reported as spam?? That was the time I finally understood that these guys are just a big fake group of people who use nice English and big words in their agreement to scare people.
ANYONE WHO IS BEING ASKED TO PAY THEM MONEY. PLEASE DO NOT PAY THEM ANY MONEY, IF YOU GET A CALL FROM SOME ADVOCATE DO NOT PANIC. THEY ARE JUST A FRAUD COMPANY AND THEY LEGALLY CANNOT DO ANYTHING. SO RELAX, BLOCK THEM, AND CHILL. Instead of worrying about these fraudsters try finding some job elsewhere, don’t worry about them. NO NEED TO PAY THEM ANYTHING, JUST BLOCK THEIR EVERY NUMBER WITH WHICH THEY ARE CONTACTING YOU AND THEY WILL NOT TROUBLE YOU ANYMORE. DO NOT PAY ATTENTION TO THEIR THREATS.
